- Weekly lets are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Alternative days may be arranged depending upon availability.
- Unless otherwise agreed with the owners, arrival time is 3:00pm and departure time is 10:00am.

All linen, electricity, gas, water, and Internet access are included. Outgoing telephone calls will be charged at BT rates. A high chair and cot is available on request.

A provisional booking may be made by phone or email and will be held for 7 days pending receipt of a completed booking form accompanied by the non refundable 50% deposit or full payment.

The final payment and refundable £200 security bond is required no later than 28 days before the arrival date. Should full payment not be received within this time the booking may be cancelled.

In the event of cancellation by the hirer for whatever reason, the payment (less the deposit) is only refundable if the property is re-let for the booked period.

If for any reason beyond the owners’ control (e.g. fire or flood damage) the property is not available on the dates booked, all rent and charges paid in advance by the hirer will be refundable in full. The hirer shall have no further claim against the owners.

The hirer must leave the property clean and in good order and will be responsible for any breakages or damage. Breakages or damage must be reported as soon as possible to allow for replacement items or repairs. Charges for accidental breakages or damage caused in the normal daily use of property or equipment are not usually made, however this will be at the owners’ discretion.

8 Lansdowne Circus is furnished to a high standard. The security bond is held against damage caused by unreasonable behaviour or reckless misuse of property. The bond will be returned as soon as practicable after the departure date, subject to deductions for any damages.

Please leave the house as you would wish to find it. Should excessive cleaning be required following departure we reserve the right to deduct the cost of this additional cleaning from the security bond.

Every effort will be made to ensure the standard described for the property and all items of equipment described and supplied by the owners are in good working order. however, no guarantee is given or liability accepted if any breakdown occurs or any item is temporarily unavailable.

Domestic pets are not allowed within the boundary of the property.

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the house.

The owners and their employees and agents shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.

We recommend that you have appropriate insurance cover during your stay.

Unless otherwise agreed with the owners, 8 Lansdowne Circus is to be used only for self catering holiday accommodation with a maximum of six persons (plus infants) staying at any one time.
